Low Intensity - Beginner Fitness Level

Walk with more confidence and less fear of falling. Learn to move with less pain and more pleasure. This workshop is appropriate for almost anyone with balance challenge, even those recovering from surgery or injury will especially benefit. This class speeds recovery and restores lost function. GENTLE movement patterns emphasize ease and coordination. Base on the Feldenkrais Method, the 'NO PAIN, MORE GAIN' approach to lifelong fitness. The movement patterns will be reformed primarily while seated in a chair with some standing next to a chair.
