In the presentation, participants will gain a better understanding of how memory works and learn some evidence-based strategies for improving day-to-day memory. Participants will gain hands-on practice using these new strategies. The techniques are based on the 'Memory & Aging Program' That has been offered at Baycrest Health Sciences since 1997.
