Anatomy of a Masterpiece : Great Paintings De-mystified

Presented by: Yves Amaline, Award- winning Artist

Just as we are made up of bones, muscles, sinews and other materials, paintings are composed of basic building blocks: line, shape, colour, intensity, etc. This presentation will explore how great masters of art history have skillfully combined these elements to produce masterpieces. You will gain a deeper appreciation of great paintings, from cave drawings to modern art.
