WORKSHOP: Simple Steps to Healthy Eating

Presented by Toronto Public Health, this 4-week free workshop will teach you about healthy eating, understanding food labels and the basics of healthy food preparation. This workshop is led by a Toronto Public Health Dietician and Nurse. 

Thursdays at 2pm-5pm, October 8, 12, 22 and 29th.
Please note that this workshop is not hosted at the centre but instead at 2340 Dundas Street West, Toronto.
